THOMAS DIMITROFF
General Manager - Atlanta Falcons

Dimitroff played defensive back on the Guelph Gryphons football team from 1985-1990, and served as captain for the last two years.  He graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990.  After graduating from the University of Guelph, Thomas joined the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders as their Canadian scouting co-ordinator and spent two seasons with the team. He was hired by the Falcons as GM in 2008.

JESSE KIRSHENBAUM

Co-Founder - BarDown

Kirshenbaum came up with the idea to start BarDown in his fourth year at the University of Guelph while taking an entrepreneurship class.  Jesse graduated from the University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  He took 48 shirts to a party with two friends and the brand sky-rocketed from there.

CHRIS ROSSETTI
Pro Scout - Miami Dolphins

Rossetti graduated from the University of Guelph after playing quarterback for the Gryphons in 2011.  After graduating and contacting every team in the CFL, he accepted the role of unpaid scout for the Toronto Argonauts after being an intern the previous summer.  After moving up the ranks quickly, he accepted a position within the player personnel department for the Miami Dolphins.  He has since been promoted to pro scout of the Dolphins at age 27.
